Last night on Twitter I discussed behaviour management, there are times when I feel like I am pulling out my hair with my class so when the Performance Management observation was due it was decided that perhaps behaviour management would be a good thing to look at.  I went into my lesson as normal, I do not believe in pulling out all the stops for observations as I like a true reflection on my teaching.  The outcome is this nothing is wrong with my behaviour management, nothing can be given for suggestions I have excellent behaviour management (currently).
