Last night on Twitter I discussed behaviour management, there are times when I feel like I am pulling out my hair with my class so when the Performance Management observation was due it was decided that perhaps behaviour management would be a good thing to look at. I went into my lesson as normal, I do not believe in pulling out all the stops for observations as I like a true reflection on my teaching. I have thought long and hard about this post mainly because I do not want to seem to be moaning but I think I should reflect and see what others think.
